SCSD1 Puts Safety First

On August 1, the SCSD1 Administrators, Teachers & Staff met together to review their school safety training. This effective training was put on by Chief Robert Gudgel, Detective Don Campbell & School Resource Officer Major Lonnie Noble of the Austin Police Department. SCSD1 takes the subject of safety very seriously. Having effective safety measures in place allows students and teachers to focus on education.
